Vita : Dad, may I use your laptop this afternoon?
There will be a debate at school.

Mr. Kian : What will you use the laptop for?

Vita : The debate will be conducted via an online meeting application (1)..... I need a laptop. You know , mine is broken

Mr. Kian : O.K. You may take my laptop in my room. Anyway, will you join a debate competition? Vita : It's not a debate competition.

Vita : it's not a debate competition. My school will hold a direct election for the new OSIS chairperson. (2).... , all the candidates should attend an online debate today.

Mr. Kian : Great! Such direct democracy will lead to fairness.

Vita : What do you mean?

Mr. Kian : Well, in direct democracy, voters have rights to vote the candidate by themselves. (3)..... , the elected condidate will be more responsible.

Vita : I see.

Mr. Kian : Besides that, direct democracy will lead voters to find information about the candidates' visions and missions before voting. They also need to know the candidates as individual well (4). ....they need a competent learder in all aspects of life, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Vita : I thínk familiarity also takes a role in direct democracy (5).... The most popular a candidate is, the most votes he/she may receive. Am I right, Dad?

Mr. Kian : You're right.
